Here is a listing of the main components of Condo Manager. Our software lets you enable and disable certain features, letting you completely customize the web site to your needs. Features that can be disabled are marked with ¹.

Owner/Tenant Profiles - Each suite owner and/or tenant can register on the web site with ease. Simply direct them to your new domain name (e.g. www.298jarvis.com), and when they click "Register Now," they need only fill in their name, e-mail address, suite number, and indicate whether they are an owner or tenant. To ensure only the right people gain access to the right parts of the site, all profiles must be reviewed and activated by the web site administrator. Upon activation, an e-mail is automatically sent to the specified e-mail address containing their unique password - that's all there is to it - the suite owner or tenant now has easy access to the site at their security level! Additionally, the "Remember Me" feature on the home page allows returning visitors to easily log in by clicking just one button!

Building Announcements - Now the Board of Directors or Management Company can very easily, quickly, and cost-effectively deliver important building announcements to all registered owners and/or tenants instantly via the administration interface. Simply type in your announcement, choose who you want it to be delivered to, and instantly it is e-mailed off, and posted on the web site. Security considerations within the software allow only registered owners to view special announcements posted for their eyes only.

Building Newsletters¹ - Using the same easy, point-and-click interface, the web site administrator can work on a newsletter to be posted on the web site. Simply enter the copy into your web browser and publish! You can even save your work and come back to it later, without making the newsletter accessible to web site visitors.

Resident Quick Polls¹ - If the building is being improved, or if there is an important issue for which the Board of Directors would like to get the residents feel on, the web site administrator can create a new resident poll and publish it for all to vote on. With security implementations such as only one vote per profile, and a more detailed view, indicating exactly how many owner and tenant votes were cast for each item, available to the administrator only, the quick poll will ensure the suite owners are kept happy with the operations of the building.

Discussion Forum¹ - Finally, a forum for tenants and owners to freely discuss various issues! As the Administrator, you can go in and create as many forums as you like. Options like "Owners Only Access," and, "Moderated," give you the specific security settings that you are looking for. This outlet will surely make your next Annual General Meeting less stressful!

Action or Assistance Requests¹ - For serious building problems, this feature allows your registered users to submit a problem ticket to the Board of Directors or Management Company. Each case can only be viewed by a user with Administrative Access and the original poster. Private and confidential, this will bring your internal action request program to the web!

Document Management - Adding and managing files on the web site couldn't be easier! Using the same, simple interface, the web site administrator can post a new image, link to a web site, enter text, or upload a PDF file, and easily specify who can access the document. Perfect for showcasing the property's amenities, posting maintenance schedules, floor plans, and proposed building improvements, providing maps and directions to the building, and securely distributing Annual General Meeting documents. The administrator can specify who can see the document you are uploading: either for owners only, owners and tenants, or for anyone to view. By uploading documents for anyone to view, you make them accessible to general visitors (or guests) to the web site - an incredible resource for suite owners interested in selling their property, or for residents expecting guests or wanting to show off their building.

Concierge Access Module¹ - Now your Concierge can log into your building's web site and notify residents in the building of packages and items left at the Concierge at the touch of a button! Simple to use, and designed for any level of computer skill, the software will automatically e-mail you to advise you of items left downstairs, and even send a short message to your Cell Phone (or Blackberry device)!

Printable Web Site Advertisement - Not only do you get a fantastic web site to manage all of your building's communication needs, but we've also included a printable advertisement that you can post in your elevators, lobby, mailbox areas, bulletin boards, common areas, and anywhere else you have resident traffic. Outfitted with your building's logo, you can quickly print and post this ad on day one!

Realtor Module¹ - New in 2.5! - This new, optional component will keep your owners and residents in the know with current suite values in your property. Select a realtor to maintain a chart of recent sales, complete with square footage, bedroom, bathroom, and floorplan information! Your realtor can even subsidize your annual web site cost - and s/he doesn't need any HTML or programming knowledge!

There are new features being added to Condo Manager on a regular basis, and there is no additional cost to upgrade to newer versions of Condo Manager.

With components such as classified/want ads, and listing of resources in the area (restaurants, stores, services, suppliers, etc.) being planned for the near future, Condo Manager will truly become the most effective communications tool for your property.
